Diamond!Scan® pure

The ZEISS Diamond!Scan® pure is a stylus with a solid diamond sphere. This is particularly durable and hardly wears off even with extremely hard materials. Furthermore, the solid diamond ball is extremely resistant to material deposits. Recommended applications are scanning tasks in which mostly one point on the sphere is used. The German Institute PTB recommends the ZEISS Diamond!Scan® pure for form measurements with the rotary table. The solid diamond spheres are available in diameters of 0.8, 1, 2 and 3 mm and in quality of grade 10.
